Your licence
One buyer, personal use. You may use and adapt Auto3M for your own work on your own devices. You may not resell it, share it with people who have not bought it, post it publicly, or use it to build a competing product.
Third-party software
The Obsidian vault includes two community plugins, unmodified: Templater (AGPL-3.0) and Dataview (MIT). Their licence texts are inside the vault under Tools/Licenses. Everything else uses built-in Obsidian features.
Photo credits
The photographs of the sea, ships and ports on this site come from Unsplash and are used under the Unsplash License. The product screenshots, the anchor badge and the photos of PJ Fabia are the owner's own.
No affiliation
Auto3M is not affiliated with or endorsed by Notion, Obsidian, IMO, any flag State, class society, equipment maker, publisher or employer. Maker and regulator names are used only to identify what a note is about.
Copyright complaints
If you believe a note or picture copies protected material, email support@digitalmarino.com. Section 9 of the Terms of Sale says what to include.
