Before you join
Handover questions, documents to check and what to read first, so day one is not a scramble.
Every watch
Short notes and checklists you can read on a phone between rounds, with the official source named each time.
Weekly and monthly jobs
Task templates for the routine that repeats, so nothing slips while you are busy.
Port calls and drills
Checklists for arrival, departure and drills that you tick off as you go.
Sign-off
A clean handover for your relief, and a record of the contract you can keep.
You get Notion and Obsidian together. Use whichever fits your ship's internet, and switch any time.
The easiest start. Duplicate it in one click and it syncs across your phone, tablet and laptop.
Every note is a file on your own device, so it works fully offline at sea.
The same package on every screen you own. Notion syncs between them; Obsidian keeps the files on each device.

PJ Fabia, 3rd Officer, founder of Digital Marino
I wrote Auto3M from my own watches and contracts: the reminders I wished I had on my first ship as an officer. Read my story.
